Second day in a row we solo in the sauna- feeling tubby but at least we made it, less than one week from the old flip. Stay safe this weekend! ❄️ 🧊 🌈 🦄

Struggling this AM with first leg day of 2026, yeah I know I’m behind. I did get to be alone in the sauna however and it was very therapeutic. Go kick today in the nuts! Inspired….

Hard a scary weekend, but despite how it looks I walked away with no broken bones and I’m back to a gym today. Thankful for the forces out there that have my back and a little more grateful than I was last week. Hug the people you love and let them know how you feel everyday! 🤗 ❤️ 🌈 🦄 🧙 👽
