So I feel a little bit like blasphemous saying this as the child of Italian immigrants but like imo manchego can be inserted into a lot of places you'd use Parmigiano Reggiano and it tastes better in a lot of them. Especially carbonara.
We're in port orchard, which seems nice so far :3
