I am hearing a lot of bragging about weight loss because of GLP-1s. I'm on a GLP-1 as a diabetes treatment and my weight has remained the same as ever (the only doc I weigh in for is my endo). Endo wants to switch me to a different GLP-1 because I could lose weight. A1C is 5.8. Answer: Get Fucked.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
