I have too many "Phews" in Wordle.
The world's a mess, but it's still a good time to read. Coming in May...
B.C. government just announced that though we will spring forward in March, it will be the last time; no subsequent time changes. Happy!
Believe me, I have. I'm a supporter of the P.M., nevertheless am very disappointed. Read (slowly) statements from other allies (European, for e.g.); more nuanced, cautious. If I've truly misunderstood, esp. that 1 sentence, so have many others, & surely he knows that by now and could clarify.
Perhaps you've mentioned this, but living in Canada as you now do, Mr. Snyder, I'd love to hear your response to P.M. Carney's seemingly fulsome support of this war action. (I am deeply disappointed in the P.M., whom I have voted for and appreciated in other matters.)
excellent review!
Also important that we Canadians write the P.M. and our local M.P. about our opinion on this, and not just speak our disapproval to one another. Contact info easy to find online. Thanks all!
Very disappointed with P.M. Carney, whom I have definitely supported, on this stance. Not even nuanced caution or reminder that this is being done via undemocratic process.
It's been a long time coming. Canadian independent bookstores have banded together to create an online book buying source so you can avoid the behemoth in the room. (Here are the titles published by CMU Press, which I run.)

He may not have ever read the Bible, but he's got that smarmy preacher's voice down pat.
Yes. How about we all stop buying books from Amazon.
Did anyone stand up and defend her? Walk out? Kaitlan Collins is one of the best.

It seems like nearly everyone in the world knows more about what's going on than Mr Johnson.
Proud of our prime minister today.
Waiting, waiting, waiting... for one brave reporter to ask a decent question.
Exactly. As a long-time house owner and now retired renter, I resent the implication.
True enough. He's hastening the fall of the American empire and dominance of the West. That's the new world order. China is on a trajectory to surpass the U.S. as the dominant global economic power. Sadly, via Trump the U.S. is surrendering its values too. There's no moral leadership whatsoever.
It would be easier to consider him sane if he knew how to put on make-up, or maybe didn't bother at all!
