YouTube needs to add a feature where you can opt-out of ads for horror movies. There is no ad that’s going to make me want to see one, and they just make me want to not use YouTube at night.

I think the problem is that when you’re actually working towards a functional society that’s good for everyone, you would need a lot of different 10 word answers for people in different circumstances, so then it’s about much better targeting.
We also need more people getting on conservative media like Buttigieg and giving full explanations as to the cause and effect of their policies. It takes a lot more time and repetition to get across the complexity of reality than the 10 word lies.
We had a 800XL. Learned to type and program BASIC copying examples out of the manual. I remember writing hotel management software for my sister to play hotel with.

Sure that’s great, if you can afford it. Some creators can’t afford to take the time to create without something like kickstarter funding. That shouldn’t be made out to be a lesser or wrong way to do things.
Absolutely, and it can be a way to develop a community around the project. I think it was the author of what’s now become the Apple TV show Solo, started writing it as short stories for free and gathered a community around it. Luckily, he had the resources to do that without funding, but many don’t.
Sounds like your using Kickstarter as a marketing platform which I guess is fine, but it’s also fine for people to use it as a way to raise the capital they need to be able to afford to spend the time to produce something.
