That mini truck looks to be 1700 millimeters wide, common on Asian trucks as they get a registration fee break for being so small. Standard Minneapolis sidewalk is 72 inches (1800 millimeters) wide, so this mini truck would be great for plowing sidewalks too!

I live nearby. Flurry of activity at the Appleton prison last fall and since then nothing. No airport nearby that can handle even a business jet so ICE ain't interested. ICE more likely to acquire the plentiful overbuilt surplus new warehouses that are located near transportation hubs.
