Structured app has been a life saver this week. I felt completely overwhelmed with the million things to do and trying to figure out the new routine. This really helped me focus on 1 thing at a time. Highly recommend (it’s only on iOS for now)
So yeah, might drop the web blog for now and focus on skilling up in deep learning / Python for data science etc. With family and fulltime job I only have a few hours a day to myself to do these things so have to choose wisely
My gripe with web dev is that the tools seem to get outdated at lightning speed. Like the course I was doing was only like 2 years old and so much was undoable because outdated. So if I don’t use this in my day to day, it’s a pain to improve and potentially irrelevant on short term anyway
So now I’m leaning again towards focussing on learning more about Deep Learning. “But what about the side hustle?!” 🫣 Maybe I level up further in Data Science first until I’m closer to “maxing out” my professional tool set, before spending more time on web dev and SEO etc. Short gain vs long gain 🤔
Especially because if coding was the purpose of the blog, the returns feel so minimal because 1 - this would have been so much easier in Wordpress, 2 - the struggle is REAL 😂 Webdev is a whole other thing. I’m getting way more practise on the job now with chatGPT 4.0 as an amazing tutor

Failing utterly on my exercise goals. How on earth did I do it last time?! I feel like all my extra energy is being sucked up by learning to code this time. Though technically there should still be time to just fit in 3 * 30 mins a week. It’s not the logistics it’s the mental power is spent 😩
