Anyone who has worked with sheep will say exactly the same.
I have a plea - does anyone know of any pubs in London that reliably sell any Midlands bitter / golden ale? I've been left with a terrible cask craving after my visit to Hereford. Looking for something with good body, not too "thin", bit of malt sweetness...

Where are you getting dumplings from? They're Janine's favourite!
Excellent. I had to cover the early main brewery shift so our Laura could do the event on the old 10bbl kit, so missed the fun. Glad they had a good time!
Just sat down with a new employee to do his induction and turns out I had already been brewing for 6 months before he was born

Any ice dancer who wears fake jeans or a tshirt and trousers needs to go get a new job. Leotards and capes and glitter and feathers is what we want.
Late last year, we got an email from our friends at @thornbridge asking if weβd like to brew a beer on the Burton Union. The answer, of course, was a resounding YES π

Slimy bastard, always has been
Strongly agree.
My plan:
One rows of Ratte
Half a row of Charlotte
Half a row of Apache
A couple of bags of silly purple ones
My partner Janine doesn't eat potato unless they're waxy or cooked underneath a lamb shoulder, but la Ratte are my favourite spud past two years running

My esteemed colleague Ben is off to Munich next weekend. Has anyone got an up-to-date beer hall/pub guide for the place? I haven't been for about 10 years. π©πͺ
Our Laura, one of our brewers, is going tomorrow. When I did a collab at Attic, the buffet lunch Cath sorted out was immense, so I told her to have high hopes for lunch. And to get an Uber to the Old Moseley Arms for a couple of Bathams in the afternoon π
Brewing legend Derek Prentice (formerly of Truman, Youngs and Fullers) talks about keg and cask beer, primings, maltings, hop varieties, mashing and dropping system of fermentation.

No worries, when I go back to sleep tonight, i'll pour it back into the main container.
Last night I had a dream you ordered 2 litres of WD40 from my allotment shop and I had it measured out, but you never came to pick it up. It was just in a Pyrex jug on the side π€· Shop's not even open until February and I don't sell WD40.
Yes, thank you! I have an open enquiry with TNT and a supplier at the mo, but if it hits a dead end...
