An annoying thing about mental health is the.."oh just reach out if you are down, need help" etc. but that's entirely the opposite of what your brain says.And when people don't check on you, youre hardly going to message saying I feel crap.
I don't know a solution but it's really frustrating.
It is so annoying you have to continually do exercises to get and stay fit... 🙄 Like, I lifted the weights why can't I just be strong now😄
