Today is Day 17 of the GOP's DHS shutdown — a shutdown that’s only happening because Republicans refuse to hold ICE and CBP to the same sort of standards as law enforcement — and now the GOP wants to use Trump's Iran war to get Democrats to cave and let them shovel billions more to those agencies.
