Incredibly chaotic scene Los Angeles as LAPD is pushing forward a skirmish line and violently arresting anti-ICE protesters. You can also hear me grunt when police shoot me in the abdomen with some kind of projectile.
@jeremotographs.bsky.social was hit by a foam baton round in downtown Los Angeles; he’s an accredited and talented reporter who was clearly operating in the business of news gathering. I’m not sure how far away he was, but looks awfully close to less than within the recommended 15-30 feet.
