As we await the snowpocalypse, I want give to kudos to Kroger Delivery. I had plenty of food before the storm, but wanted to replenish some of my favorites. Kroger Delivery delivered everything I wanted a little while ago, except bing cherries, which I can happily live without. Great service!

I just registered for PyCon US, the largest and longest-running gathering of Python enthusiasts in the world. It will be great to get back again. It is a powerful opportunity to learn, network, and have fun. Unfortunately, I had to cancel last year due to illness.

Linus Torvalds is 'a huge believer' in using AI to maintain code - just don't call it a revolution Torvalds is sick of all the AI hype, but says AI is finally maturing to the point where it will be useful for Linux developers and maintainers.

Compilers were the real revolution, not AI, says Linus. Likes it for maintaining code, not so much writing code. Plus, how he manages Linux these days. www.zdnet.com/article/linu...
