Some serving suggestions: add tomatoes and onions then stuff the mixture in a bell pepper and bake it. Or, roll little pucks of it in cabbage leaves and pour tomato soup over it and bake it. Or, use chicken gizzards instead of the beef along with some onion, bell pepper, and celery and cajun spices.
