Yes-ish. I've made core boxes, which are kinda positive.

whatever the word is where grift and scam spend a night together and have a baby
I count cars coz I'm a geek. I routinely see EV's as 6-8% of the cars on my north denver commute. It's normalized here, and it's pretty cool.
those horses are what ferrari aspires to make
Goals: make don't buy, and when I have to buy, buy from the artist if at all possible.
well now I do too
viberailleur
It was cool seeing the picogus upgrade featured on hackaday yesterday!
Some percentage of it is conviction that it's all in god's hands (the ultimate cop-out) but a lot of it is their delusional idea that disease only kills weak people.
I have always wanted to try carving soapstone maneki-neko (or netsuke in general) but I think now I'd use a cnc mill.
how big is your 3d printer?
i'm not gonna bust into the OP, but pilling a recalcitrant horse is an adventure. Their teeth aren't as sharp as a cat's but you ever try to burrito a horse? or really, get it to do anything at all if it doesn't want to? It turns out they have surprisingly nimble teeth.
while he's correct about the facts, he's wrong about the conclusion. This is about seizing emergency power by inventing emergencies.
as a friend of mine likes to say, when you run across someone strangling someone else, you don't say Okay let's all sit down and find a nonviolent solution to this problem.
Huh, my second anniversary here.
TBH I'm still not sure how I feel about bsky.
I've been riding the Virginia Canyon trails some lately. Here's the last two minutes of the Drop Shaft blue/black line. It feels a lot steeper than this makes it look.

that nose-lick pic is nearly perfect
I love how the packaging says either "HOT" or "EXTRA HOT" and the difference is roughly that of green bell peppers vs red bell peppers.
i 3d print so many jigs for my cnc mill, but lasercutting jigs is a really great macro idea I'm going to try.
we took ours to the mountains where there isn't anyone and we finally got her some quiet
I think it would be fun to grow vanilla orchids and saffron crocuses... if I didn't live in a cold desert.
cool that they're breaking up during pride month
those SOCKS
This is such an amazing video, and (at least the version I've seen) the bit with the end with him and an accordion.
There's a whole wikipedia page just on that video, iirc, and deservedly so.
Not that this is WISE but I once saw a kid about 6 years old walking between two great dane mixes, each taller than the kid, and people crossed the street to avoid her. I'm assuming the dogs had a lot of training.
@ucame2cashow.bsky.social will tell you about her rottweiler solitude.
Fillets: my eventual intent is to fillet braze fancy decorative lugs, then silver solder a frame up around those. Current jig is lumber, slowly upgrading to 8020 extruded aluminum. And oxyLPG because it's readily available. Slow progress.
"female humansssssss"
disco ball for sure
btw I'm making decent progress on gas brazing bike frames! We'd talked about that once and it's been on my to-do list for a long time.
(I'm 3d printing alignment jigs, though.)
It has a place, and it's really good for some things. But PLA doesn't age well and gets more brittle. I did just print a neato shift lever cover from flexible filament that I'm happy with, but long term, things break.
