Valentine’s Day end-to-end trip east to west on new Line 5. Good experience. Busy but not crowded for first Saturday of service.

Now THIS is what deep freeze over a Great Lake looks like.
Lake Ontario is too big/deep to freeze over, though many protected sections do and have, such as parts of Toronto harbour where people are skating these days. Dawn glow with vapour ghosts - gorgeous.
