PSA Tomahawks are great and we have overpaid for them several times. They are just 3lb rib steaks. So we just buy rib roasts now in bulk when they are on sale and cut them to an average of 3lbs. Vacuum seal them. Same s**t without the fancy bone! We can eat them all year! Still amazing!
We are grilling Korean ribs and serving it with fried rice at the trailer tomorrow! We pre cook the fried rice at home and heat it at the trailer to eat for dinner
I had the best pierogis from a Ukrainian Church locally @terracetakeaway My dad and son introduced me to them. Cooked them on the @pitboss.bsky.social with mushrooms and onions and of course there was sour cream!
