Just seen a guy on a scrambler get knocked down by a van. Van crossing traffic couldn't see around an adjacent van. Scrambler speeding. Went to assist front of van wrote off lad on bike no helmet just head and face coverings wouldn't accept help or ambulance back onto the battered bike and took off.
