It’s really sad to me when people don’t want to play a game because it’s “old”. There’s a trove of crazy games out there! Things that had never been done before and will never be done again! Ugh!

That’s to speak nothing of some other games in the genre (Haunting Ground, Rule of Rose, Fatal Frame, etc).

”More accessible” means “less ugly“, I think.

I imagine most people don’t want to play a crunchy old PS1 game (they’re wrong) so they see a shiny new REmake 2 and assume it’s the exact same game with a fresh coat of paint.
