What I usually do is talk to the UI Coders I work with.

When Paizo unionized, I got a raise amounting to thousands of dollars. I also get a higher cost of living salary increase every year in addition to my seniority salary increase. I have incredible job security. I have advocates if I have grievances. Unionizing is hard and scary but so worth it.

To be fair: It can be a bit finicky in places and you'll probably have to learn new things but I think it's well worth it for the control and understanding you gain for your system.

Is Monstercat relevant in any way anymore?

Started using Linux a few weeks back and it's been great for me. Most things are really easier than people make them out to be.

Haven't put in the time to get affinity apps to run yet but getting my system to work how I want was a lot of fun so already.

How fun are these?! This really does an outstanding job of communicating Zohrans personality and a departure of the same-same establishment slop.
Also it's very reminiscent of when advertisements used to be hand-lettered adding an additional human touch.
