This has nothing to do with the specific content here, but Polymarket adopting the language of news, here with BREAKING, and with Texas election results earlier this week, is BAD. Polymarket is not and will never be a news org or break news. It's a betting app. It's Draft Kings for sociopaths.
He doesnβt care even a tiny little bit about you.
#Trump talks #nukes in 1986, as the highlighted portion below points out, and his horrible, terrible, evil notions aren't borne of him reaching older age ‡οΈ
They sure are. No one as mean as them are happy on the inside.
I was alive before Reagan, too, & the battle as the basis for Tonkin Resolution was fabricated; the US generally bought that we weren't in Laos & Cambodia. Was the Fairness Doctrine in place then, and if so, how much did it help inform the US about the Vietnam lies? US still re-elected Nixon.
Then how come the AIPAC candidate money tracker doesn't list an amount for her but does for others?
Can you please cite for us the amount Mills has received, and your citation needs to be reputable--best is scholarly. When you can demonstrate with sources the amount she's received, please post it.
idk how to fix this issue bc i think we've all participated and it is *really* hard when we're also all mentally exhausted and furious, but we gotta stop rewarding these assholes with our attention in an attention economy π (not to say we ignore it, but, just like... not giving them hate-reads)
He reminds himself:
If the headline infuriates you, don't click it.
If someone else shares it, don't repost it.
If someone screen shots it and declares how mad it should make you, don't click like.
First source reports, share.
Puppies and Kittens, share.
Wins, absolutely share.
During his State of Delusion Trump touted the economy-even though the data available at the time showed it was abysmal
But these revisions show just how thoroughly he is destroying our country
And the war against Iran is only going to make things worse
Gas prices are already skyrocketing
He's trying to collect vassal states that he and his friends can plunder.
Kuwait cannot store any more oil with exports halted. Saudi Arabia and UAE are also running out of storage space. Operations will take several weeks to bring back online, so prices will keep going up and will not come down quickly as Trump has claimed.

The idea that racial minorities and marginalized people are having to have a conversation about why it's inappropriate and alienating politically to rationalize Nazi tattoos from a senatorial candidate is a big tell about where we are in society right now.
If you don't get how Nazi apologia in this moment makes you look morally, culturally and politically. Please understand how untrustworthy you seem to the targets of such bigots.
It's also a reflection of how few in power seem concerned with what the US people want or might do.We've done a solid job of letting everyone know we won't do too much. We might correct course when we start being honest: representatives of the people operate as unchecked because the people allow it.
It's really unfair to compare this to Iraq in 2003, at least then they had the decency to put some effort into their lies and deception.
This is not good.
Has anyone said that the economy crashing is a distraction from his unpopular war yet? Thatβs a take we could do. Thatβd get traction on Threads.
Itβs a mistake to think that conservativesβ public talk under broadly liberal norms of discourse will fully express their basic motivating ideas; itβs at least worth checking what they say when theyβre closer to control of public talk, whether in the colonies or under segregation.
This solves what looks like a severe problem for this account: if conservatives are deeply motivated by a need to preserve extra-human order, why did so many of them give themselves so quickly to *Trump*? Whereβs their St Thomas More?
Thereβs none. And thatβs because whatβs happening now is broadly compatible with their prior motivating commitments (their justifying ones are maybe a different matter).
I knew after Columbine and the "Columbine money" my school got to be better at lockdowns and defense on campus that a majority of US Americans do not care about children. I've retired from education, so I can now say freely what I've thought about the US parenting I've witnessed for 30 years.
RICHMOND β Virginia lawmakers have passed a bill that prohibits schools from teaching that the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection was a peaceful demonstration or that there was massive fraud in the 2020 presidential election, the first Democratic state to try to shape how such events are taught.

Waller in the mood to sell tail risk this morning I see.
*WALLER: THIS IS MORE LIKE A ONE-OFF EVENT THAN IN 1970S
I don't have time but I'm going to fisk this later because there is a relatively easy case to make that it is exactly the same dynamic.
Anyone doing a piece on how with or against US civilians the troops are? Our family full of veterans is beginning to converse about how personnel will not disobey illegal orders or protect us if we're not for Trump or the Christians. This convo is coming from Independent kin in Texas near Lackland.
Just sent out a free piece to expand on my article in @theatlantic.com yesterday. The signs of rot in US military and diplomatic capabilities are real and even more extensive than I could say in that article. Here are more-and a gift link to the original article. open.substack.com/pub/phillips...
