It's always DNS...but sometimes you need a refresher on the specifics about DNS. So I made this infographic a while ago to help remember some of the common DNS record types!

Right, something from recent incidents - these types of lessons learned can move the needle and make people think a lot more about their own systems.

Incidents are going to happen, how about a talk how the incident changed your playbook after it happened. There were some great lessons learned after colonial pipeline (have access to your customers as well as emergency contacts for your vendors - paper is good).
