Passage from Carl Sagan’s 1995 book, the demon haunted world. The passage states “ not explaining science seems to me perverse. When you’re in love, you want to tell the world. This book is a personal statement, reflecting, my lifelong love affair with science. but there’s another reason: Science is more than a body of knowledge; it is a way of thinking. Another reason why I reckon the Brocolli family has stepped away from producing Bond, is that in 2035 the character moves to the Public Domain. A legal minefield where anyone could theoretically make a Bond film without the trademarked elements such as the theme tune, gunbarrel etc #jamesbond
