Marathon has such a good aesthetic, I'm totally in love with the 'Game' side of the game. But the experience is just not it- like almost all other extraction shooters.

The -regrettable- odd time i'm on there to read patch notes and flick through what people are talking about- it's usually exactly as you say.
People melting down over core systems, and demanding changes to make the game something completely different.
Yeah for real. It's this notion that I keep seeing repeated of "If you PvP in this game = You are a bad person" and it's just the most actual braindead shit I see every 5 minutes.
At LEAST when I see it in Star Citizen it's like 'a topic' for three days and its gone.
Arc it's been WEEKS.
I think that's honestly why it's so annoying, the constant crying of "griefing" for literally playing the game is indistinguishable.
Every single day, every 3 minutes someone has a mental breakdown because they got PVP'd in an extraction shooter.
These people just need to perma uninstall.
Arc Raiders actually might have one of the best & worst communities ever.
One hand, the community is fun, goofy and the game fosters a lot of funny moments.
The other hand theres this very loud group of people who dont understand that it's an extraction shooter.
