That does! Thanks.

I guess we'll see if that's still the case given the recent influx of recent immigrants to the city.

As someone who lives in Ontario, what's a property assessment?

Thanks for following up on it. Besides the point of development charges not tracking inflation, is there a reason NRBCPI seems to not track with standard CPI? Surely we can build stuff more efficiently now than ever before? Are we just building different things (eg: wider sidewalks)?

Oh, you're right! But in the infographic they show the annual rate for apartments mixed in with the monthly rate for residences. Why did they do that?

Anyway, thanks for pointing this out.

Oh jeez ray! They don't show that clearly on the site. Where do you see that?

On the web page the ad points to, it shows you the breakdown of the new fees. If you take those "flat rates" for residential you find that the smaller your home, the higher your cost per sq. meter. The larger your impervious area (and presumably house size), the more you're subsidized.

Probably also DNS, HTTP, network troubleshooting, some Linux, and how certificates work.

Federal Liberals deride 'beer and popcorn' money A Liberal strategist suggests parents will spend the Conservatives' proposed child benefit payments on "beer and popcorn."

Federal Liberal in 2005: don't spend money given to you by the government on beer and popcorn.

You say this, but I go down there once a year on fireworks night and it's very difficult to find a space.
