Sorry. As I have run a few redundancy processes I am a bit allergic to confusing the two. As I said I agree with the point you are making. (Although there is a discussion to be had about perverse incentives for managers in the long run)
@alexgathomas.bsky.social I agree with the thrust of your latest article but it canβt be compulsory redundancy. It should instead be dismissal based on performance. Redundancy needs to be not on performance but on the role not being needed.

Really interesting evening talking about the research we did with Movement to Work on how Gen AI can help NEET young people enter work.
It is a role they usefully played in the major administration
Definitely better than the UK :)
Do I know anyone who does digital skills in GDS?
The sunset tonight was pretty special

Hello! :)
Dramatic skies tonight
Would say it is about 1/10 of the people I followed at the moment (and some funny false positives)
I can confirm it is slow but seems to work fairly well
Thank you
Has anyone found a good tool for migrating twitter follows (and watching out for new folk joining)?
Good to see the more worthwhile parts of the other place migrate over
This is a dream job for an expert digital leader who wants to be part of a team committed to transformation. And for services that really matter. And working with a leader like Clare Moriarty. www.jobtrain.co.uk/citizensadvi...
