It’s tricky because analytically it’s important to distinguish intent and effect, even when practically they’re the same in most ways they matter. I think it’s plausibly in dispute that this was a double-tap strike even as in effect it could have been exactly as parents reported it unfolding
A more neutral first post that accounts for both sets of reports would have described this as “two strikes on little girls at school”
In the Caribbean, striking injured survivors after an initial strike. So it’s not outside the US repertoire. That doesn’t mean for sure they did it here. All that to say: yes, I could have been more careful here, & I want to note it. But I think the testimony of these parents carries weight still.

If the reports are correct, it’s because they were using outdated data to produce target lists. The school was once part of a military complex. An unspeakable crime either way.
We must convey our displeasure to the US for bringing maritime warfare to our doorstep without informing us or taking us into confidence. It’s an issue of concern. Strategic autonomy must have moral moorings and anchors. This conflict is needless, open-ended, pointless and will only bring grief to the whole world.
