about 8 years ago on break at school i was singing something to myself
then a classmate came up to me and told me that i sounded like a vocaloid
i took it seriously and 8 years later vocal synths are my special interest and i voice 2 utaus now

the bitcrushed voice is on purpose it's meant to emphasize that astre is not (or no longer) human
+ the similarity to lumi's voice is not only because i'm not good at voice acting, but also because "astre tries to imitate the voice of their only friend"

i found astre's cv bank with two expressions?

idk if i even want to release it, considering how distorted and bitcrushed it is, it's really hard to mix
plus the soft expression has slightly unclear pronunciation

i think the cursor jumping is a tablet sensor problem because there are vertical "dead zones" where the pen isnt detected at all

"the tablet is 3.5 years old" the tablet is ONLY 3.5 years old, i never even got to change the nib on the pen

why is everything around me falling apart this year lmao

right i forgot that it got damaged (spilled water on the right side of the tablet) but the jumps are occurring primarily on the left side
it's like hitting the right knee against the table but it's the left one that ends up hurting (which happens to me occasionally)
