This is about the future of all 30 million Texans and getting America back on track. With the primary behind us, Democrats must rally around our nominees and win. What he said was: "We should take over the voting, the voting in at least many—15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting.”

"Take over the voting" and "nationalizing voting" is very different from the more sanitized language.
