Prost and right back at you with a Space Kitty from Parallel 49 Brewing in Vancouver (although I’m drinking it in Whistler!).
So, wrapping up a couple days in Franconia. The tally so far…6 brewers, more beers than that, and an experience that exceeded my already high expectations.
Oh…that’s disappointing. Sorry.
Now go again, but on Wednesday, for Kölsch service in Stanges served from the tray! (Or have the, IMHO, even better Dortmunder)

At the end of the day, self-composting isn’t a viable proposition for most businesses, both from a labor and real estate perspective. If industrial composters won’t accept it, the proposition is DOA. And, of course, customers make it more difficult by not following the rules.
Not all areas have paper composting pickup. Many commercial composters now ban paper in compost. Their argument is that too much non-compliant paper (coated, plasticized, etc) was being sent in, which requires remediation.
