I always think Wagner/Fegredo's The Runner is a brilliant example of the 'Dredd as the bad guy' story.

Yeah, if you're a citizen in MC1, and there's some monstrous Landshark or whatever about to eat you - Dredd will step in and would give his life for you.
You're a decent sort and you just happen to accidentally jaywalk one day, he'll smash your teeth out with a daystick.

A lobbyist who worked directly for Peter Mandelson, on the Palantir board, and on the board of *four* NHS trusts.

Lobbying the NHS to hand over even more patient data to Palantir.
