you ever notice they completely retconned this guy out of existence after chapter 1 and replaced him with that other one

panel 1 : a witch is tending cauldron while outside two figures approach panel 2 : the two figures are two passerby. they say "oh no its the witches house i hope she doesnt cast a LOVE spell on us how embarassing would THAT be" panel 3: a third passerby suddenly arrives and says "i hope she doesnt TRANSFORM me into her little kitty cat familiar or turn me into a HOT MONSTER or HYPNOTIZE me and FORCE me to DO WHATEVER SHE COMMANDS or FATTEN ME UP TO EAT ME" panel 4 : the witch is pictured looking on silently, perhaps bewildered, while the third passerby continues speaking offscreen : "...or shrink me down teeny tiny and step on me or keep me to use my BLOOD and FLUIDS as potion ingredients or RITUALLY SACRIFICE me to a HOT DEMON LORD or DEMON LADY im not picky"
