Coming back from Edinburgh last weekend by bus, the snow only kicked in around Brechin
I came back from Gran Canaria last weekend and my train to Aberdeen was cancelled. Since then, I’ve barely left the house-I live down a sloped driveway with 40cm of snow. There was a thaw on Wednesday then it snowed again; it’s deep and icy. More snow forecast this weekend.

We used to get snow like this most winters in the 1970’s but not so much nowadays
