a tweet from @HidekiKamiya Translated from Japanese At the resolution back then, what should have been a corner just looked like a "dead end" (=users wouldn't go there anymore), so I came up with all sorts of tricks... like placing light sources or pictures at the corners to create a state where they're "cut off," which would indicate that it's a corner (and there's something beyond it)... but those kinds of creative efforts were fun, too...
this is pretty cool, I never noticed it made the difference to make it look like a corner or dead end, and I guess that's the whole point.
I turned my chat into mushrooms, and hooked up their mushroom electrical signals to a synth to make music.
As I write this I realize this may be a very obscure reference to those mushroom music videos.
