Also I wish that they'd either put Jay-Den in a full on Skant uniform, or give him a proper kilt (and prune juice!) I've no idea what they put him in, but IMHO it looks ridiculous.
Compared to the 1st seasons of TNG, DS9, Voyager or even the hallowed ground that is Babylon 5. The weakest of those 1st seasons are far weaker than even the worst episode of Academy. It's not been perfect, there's been some ups and downs, but over all I've enjoyed the season.

I have no idea if this will help you or not, but the best similar tool I've used like this was nearly 20 years ago on the Mac called OmniOutliner. I can see that it's still going today www.omnigroup.com/omnioutliner/ and is available for Mac OS and IOS. Sadly not available for Windows or Linux :(

I suspect that this is me being a curmugen, but the thought of (even within 10 years) being able to colonise Beagle Point makes me cry... I mean it's like climbing Snowdon, only to find they've built a giftshop and a cafe!

See for me I hated people asking for the same 500 LY range that fleet carriers have. I can totally get "but I want to be there NOW" but this is something that has to be worked for. Whilst I am not personally wanting to engage in Colonisation, I really don't want it to be too easy for people.
As I've said once or twice I am not a fan of "executive control" and I just wanna fly my space ship, so, whilst I might help a friend deliver "widgets" and coffee to help build a base, I don't really see myself initiating a base.
I guess that's one way to drain the swamp.

For what it's worth I've been watching @alecturner.bsky.social and @phoenixdfire.bsky.social and other's really getting into Power Play 2.0. When I'm flying my spaceship, I want to fly my spaceship and do what I want without feeling "obligated" (even self obligated)
