I’m on the scene at Franklin and 1st. A convoy of about a couple dozen ICE/HSI agents broke the entryway into an apartment building at 6am. No warrant presented. Less than 24 hours ago, Tom Homan announced the end of large convoys in Minnesota… Bullshit.
I was at 13-11, which shared a cafeteria with 13-10. It was my first caucus, but I was surprised at how much progressive support there was in the room of about 200 people.
Peter and the Wolf was canceled, but we still played hooky. Started at Our Kitchen for chocolate chip pancakes. Took the E line to the Walker and spent the morning at Show and Tell: Exhibit for Kids. Ended the day at Bryant Lake and the nicest host gave us a few free frames and stickers.

Well, I'm going to caucus for the first time tomorrow. From what I've seen in past coverage of city caucuses is that people lose all humanity at these things. So I'll be a little disappointed if this doesn’t turn into a Stanford Prison Experiment situation.

Got an email saying the MN Orchestra is postponing next week's performance of Peter and the Wolf to October because of ICE. My 4 yr old is going to be devastated. We've been talking about it for months.
