That first time legit made getting the game more than worth it in my eyes it's so pretty

It's wild cause the dialogue when interacting with pokemon in pokopia is much much much more limited in scope and yet they all interact with each other so much and the main story and little quests they give you make up for it so well it ends up feeling so much more alive lol

The way they botched villagers dialogue and interactions to the point you don't really talk to them ever after a point is the worst aspect of it, that never happened to me in past ACs, they just feel like animated amiibos lol, and removing neighbors rotating out made the problem worse, even

Both are great in different ways but like the contrast really shows how AC has been drifting from funny animal life sim with things to do and places and characters that feel alive to kind of like, a digital dollhouse sorta?

The way pokopia is structured in such a fun way is getting me to pinpoint the things that felt really lackluster from new horizons, altho I played like 700 hours of that game so who can complain lmao
