I will say that each time I consider shopping for an adventure vehicle, the fuel choice gets easier to make.

One fuel choice requires bombing children's schools every 10-20 years to maintain profitability and the other comes from solar panels I can put in my back yard.

I'm starting to pay attention to gas prices again, not because I need to buy gas (I haven't for 7 years) but because I want to mentally judge how much money petroleum companies are making on the deaths of all these people in the wars they started this time around.

I used to occasionally use them until I noticed how it'd turn a $15 Entree into a $50 meal and I wouldn't even feel good about it because very little of the money is making it to the driver or restaurant workers.

I need to learn to not undercut other people's enthusiasm better, because holy shit it sucks when it feels like that's been done to me.

Some good news today: Polling seems to be showing widespread admission that solar power is to play a big role in the future of energy in the US. The dollar signs are too hard to ignore. Even polling MAGA audiences shows widespread support for solar. Hopefully fossil energy can die sooner.

The prevalence of AI in programming is making me want to leave the field completely. It feels like there are big expectations on individuals to produce more with very little understanding of how much it actually can increase output. Also checking AI’s errors is not fun.
