Honest question: are women less likely to see others as NPCs? I find myself continually baffled by certain leaders in my business who habitually treat others as ”things” to be manipulated. Those leaders happen to be men. Is that a cause or correlation?
I see this on an almost daily basis in business. A complete lack of awareness - or denial - that other people have agency and can impact an outcome. It’s bizarre tbh.
