Sri Lanka's Wishque went from "the breach was only a test database" to "actually, some customer data got out too" in a day. Still, a better response than most suppose. But it probably wasn't the best idea to wait a month to disclose.

Same report also says the branch has malfunctioning security alarms, CCTV, and PC networks owing to a pest problem, specifically rats. How do I know? There were CCTV screenshots in the document.
