Zalensky should hold all that battlefield intelligence he has over Trump, you're not getting shit until I get a better deal.
@matthewabeldemesne
Artist: pen, ink, oil, acrylic, wire, the dreaded AI. Dabbler in music generation, D&D, nerd stuff, irrational rationalist, left leaning centrist, no position is inviolable. All ideas should be challenged, especially bad ones.
Zalensky should hold all that battlefield intelligence he has over Trump, you're not getting shit until I get a better deal.
They'll need to vote this time around there's early voting and absentee voting, and planning ahead to vote on the days that their districts are open to vote. It's hard to vote from out of state but if you are registered to vote where you are living it is very easy to do. I wish Americans would do it
I love AI's potential. I hate AI because humanity will most definitely enslave themselves with it/abuse it to retard the progress of humanity with it/ destroy the world for self shorterm personal gain.
While I minute infinitessimal # of people will use it for real progress. But it won't be enough.
human life. Now we're all addicted and use our tech to placehold our knowledge. Which means the current and next gens are button mashers who won't have foundational knowledge. I see it in the kids i teach.
"why do i need to know this if AI will tell me when I need to know it"
talking about? enough to know if it's right or wrong, You're in trouble! my childhood didn't have te internet then I had it in Jr high, so I think I'm the last gen that had to "know things." in the broad sense of like memorizing directions and phone #'s, cell phones and the internet vastly altered
I memorized a recipe from my mother's recipe book for a carrot cake, it made scaling mistakes, and then it forgot ingredients, and when you added one it forgot another.
a carrot cake baking recipe is nothing but if you are doing something serious and you aren't paying attention or know what you're
Art is "safe" but when you're using it as a diagnostic tool for medicine? or maybe modifying an engine as an amateur? or judges using it to determine who gets or doesn't get parole? or coming up with case studies that may or may not exist for defense in a lawsuit or scientific paper?
Sane wash this to make it mean we shouldn't kill the orange menace? Dementia will take him, feed him cheese burgers, we can quietly stand by as he grips his chest on the green after his black heart explodes with cholesteral.
People in power rarely if ever get punished by the justice system. They require grievous action. Which usually involves homicide and/or mass murder. Recent events in Nepal is a good example of the people getting fed up with corruption.
I want him gone but America doesn't have the balls to do it.
AI is a new tool and humans lacking the forethought and wanting to jump in before everyone else using an untested technology that the world hasn't fully adapted to is gonna create disasters before it solves problems.
Geezers use facebook they'll believe anything.
If we kill them, then we will be the same level of villainy as the Trump administration.
I want them gone too I do, but we cannot lower ourselves to their subterranean standards.
As horrific as war is those who survive at have new perspectives civilians can't imagine.
and a lot of cultural expression is made in defiance of said military actions across the world. Or in support or to survive the struggles of war.
Tolkien's work might not have been so great had he not served in the trenches of WW1.
realist here: lots of medical and scientific discoveries are byproducts of military developments.
it is beginning!
I'm not too into anime, but from the outside looking in? It looks like the space is still alive with new ideas. You naturally have more freedom with anime, but it'll be a dark day when even that space abandons originality.
In the past 20 years the biggest productions have been timeline recycles, prequels, sequels, and remakes, and remasters in the entertainment industry, same with the videogame industry.
Where are the new 'verses? The tried with Rebel Moon. It was a valiant effort but it did not catch on.
Whatever causes the price to increase on a dying or stagnant industry. Oil was dirt cheap. now it's 116 a barrel.
You should be thankful then that there are only 15% of us with passports then.
America makes it impossible to absentee vote. I registered the day it opened, and just never got a ballot. If you work out of state or overseas. Good fuckin' luck trying to cast your ballot.
She's talkin' like this is a new thing having to talk about the bullshit America does to the world.
No shit sherlock the middle east...where the world gets most of their oil is on fire again.
no no no why make art when you can microwave the same thing?
Also electrocuting his dog? no.
Side note. Hasanabi, is a garbage human being. Supporting terrorism is just...unconscionable.
the most common gender affirming surgery performed on underage boys is gynecomastia, man-boobs. 97% of the surgeries. The number hormone blocker in children 0-12? Zero. Non-existence. Zilch.
I don't get the Rep. issues with trans anything, they've made a mountain out of an inverted molehill. Like gender affirming care on children for hormone blockers in children 13-17 out of millions is .1%. But they've made it out to be this huge conspiracy where they giving sex changes to everyone
I'll give Frakes and whoever wrote Episode 9 for Starfleet Acedemy. It was by far the stongest most put together turd in this deluge of diarrhea. It was still shit...but it was the most structurally sound excretion so far. More like "Oh shit the season's almost over we need to tell a story......."
Well it'll be dead after the 2nd season which is pretaped. Which is a problem. They'll not have learned any lessons from season 1's reaction. Like TNG and DS9 and a ROUGH start, but they learned to navigate their mistakes and make course corrections. SA:S2 will be unable to do it.
