I know. I laugh out loud when I hear myself saying only 160 miles!!!
I never ever say never again as I've burned myself too many times with that statement. I have applied to volunteer next year. Thereafter, who knows?!!
It certainly is and as for mud, bog, mud and more bog, it's unparalleled. But I only did 160 miles and there are guys and girls out there still walking and doing the full 268. It's mind bending.
On Thursday evening I finished the @spinerace.bsky.social Challenger North. The finest event that I have ever entered and the lows were low and the highs incredibly high. On life you regret what you didn't do, so if you're thinking of doing the event, prepare and DO IT!
