This week, we recognize Black Mental Health Week.
This week provides an opportunity to raise awareness about the harms of anti-Black racism on mental health and the specific mental health needs of Black communities as well as encourage action for systemic change.

February is Black History Month! Black History Month is an opportunity to celebrate the rich heritage and immense contributions of Black Canadians to our country's economic, social, political and cultural fabric.
As a society, we must remain committed to addressing and eliminating Islamophobia and all forms of hate and take the necessary actions to stop such atrocities from taking place ever again.
January 29 is the National Day of Remembrance of the Quebec City Mosque Attack and Action Against Islamophobia, a day to honour all those who were targeted in this attack.
