I'm working from home today because the only thing I had on was a remote guest lecture from Graham Hill, The Deep. Just set myself up in the study to stop the dog causing chaos. I'm being judged by Christmas presents (for nephews and said dog 😂)

I thought I needed something inspirational for my first post... A bit like a new notebook! But instead what I'll tell you is that at the age of 38 I discovered (yesterday!) that there is a thing called sugarbeet and they are out there pretending to be parsnips 😂😂 #istudyanimalsnotrootveg 😂
