Pretty much the only highlight was the failed RoboCop 2s. I'm a fan of chunky robots, but the Cain bot was kind of lame, and the plot of "let's use murderers for the brains of our robots" just feels dumb.

The action scenes and news/commercial segments are fun, but there are some slow points to it. The ED-209 is a silly design as well, but I like it. Also weird that it ends where it does, as RoboCop just saves a bad guy from another bad guy and just leaves.

Watching RoboCop again. Amusing that they brag about his fast reflexes when every fight he gets in is just "walk into gunfire, slowly rotate towards an enemy, and fire".
Took a quick look at the summary of the 2022 one, that seems to be the only similarity.
The Bullet Train - 1975

It's Speed, but two decades earlier and a lot more boring. If a train goes below 80kmph (roughly 50mph) it blows up. Instead of focusing on the passengers (or the train), 95% of the movie is about the police tracking down the culprits, poorly.

I didn't look much into this one so I thought it was a FNAF clone. Instead, it's Nicolas Cage beating the shit out of animatronics for an hour and a half. 10/10, no notes.
(It's a really dumb movie, but the kind of dumb that I enjoy.)

I know I've seen T2, but I can't remember if I've ever watched the original to be honest. It was a solid movie, the police were extra annoying for storyline reasons which got old, but then were dropped after the precinct scene for some reason.

100 movies in, and I'm starting to have issues deciding on stuff to watch. I don't want everything to be movies I've already seen, but there's so much garbage out there (and not all fun garbage).

I was excited to see this when it came out, had the soundtrack and everything, then was majorly disappointed that "it wasn't Final Fantasy" (whatever that means now). A fun sci-fi movie, I could see the plot working well for a game.

Nice job! My favorite suit used to be Sandrock (from Gundam Wing, still a close second), but due to the absurdity of one of its weapons being a giant pair of clippers (and its general design) my new favorite is the Gusion Full City Rebake. I hope you keep at it, it's a fun hobby.
I'll agree with the no's here. My wife really likes it, but it is super bland to me. (I like the toast, though.) I'd rather go to Popeye's or KFC. The line at Cane's is always too damn long as well.

I liked the first half of the movie, second half is more okay than anything else. I wish they would've used the zombies in the laboratory more instead of just blowing them up and focusing on the Birkin ripoff (did like the design though).

I've seen a few people complain about it, I'm glad I made sure to have the splash screen as the thumbnail for my RE9 playthrough. Trying not to spoil stuff for people.
(Side note, the villain was an idiot for picking those four to grandstand to. "Oh, I watched my friends die, you've never experienced anything like that." to Chris, Jill, Leon and Claire. Like...what?)

For not liking actiony garbage in the RE games, I seem to enjoy actiony garbage in CG RE movies. I liked the design for the water lickers, final boss design was okay but it was an amusing fight to watch at least.

On a RE kick as of late apparently. A little annoying that Rebecca isn't active in much of the movie, but glad to see her back. I liked the general plot, seems silly to have it set in New York though. Even in later RE seems too large-scale.

Don't know if I've actually seen this one before, a lot of the plot points seem familiar, but I don't know if it's because I'm aware of it or if I've seen it. Either way, it feels like a stupid premise but they did a good job of making it engaging.

Finished the new RE tonight. It's a great game, but I don't think I liked it. It felt more like a greatest hits compilation than its own thing a lot of the time. Oh well, I'm sure it'll sell well enough for RE 10 to come out, maybe I'll enjoy that one more.
