Just got my echocardiogram results back and my heart is normal. :)
So maybe it is an issue with my thyroid. Getting a blood test done on Tuesday.
Note from the heart monitor company stating that I can call to see how much I’ll be charged for using the heart monitor, and I can either choose to still use it or send it back.
Just opened the heart monitor and I’m gonna be billed for using this too. This is actually insane.

Another health update: Just went to the cardiologist, did an EKG (normal) and did an echocardiogram that I’ll get results for tomorrow, plus I’ll be wearing a heart monitor.
Cost for this appointment: $905. It’s like I take a step forward and take two steps back.
Physically I am doing much better than I was earlier this month. Palpitations are minimal now, and my heart rate spiking doesn’t cause me as much discomfort as it did. The fact that these things still happen though does cause me a lot of anxiety so hoping for answers soon. ♥️
So far I’ve gone to my primary care. My thyroid looks abnormal and he wants me to do another blood test. He also upped my current prescription, but it caused me more palpitations so I’m gonna follow up on that.
I’m going to a new cardiologist tomorrow, so we’ll see what happens.

I went to the ER on 7/8 for heart issues and was charged $4k. I am already dealing with debt and can't afford to add to it.
