Ah, it's a shame I don't play PC cos I'd like to do a couple hunts with you guys.

You know I'm a big Hunt fan, it's defo got extraction shooter DNA, but it's so much more than that. I often feel like games are a puzzle, there's so much information and space to make decisions about what to do.

The shooting also absolutely demands that you master more than just being a good shot.

Everything seems so grey.

I don't have the words at all. I've never seen anyone so broken. The most devastating loss.

Had the most horrendous time lately.

Some friends of my husband and I lost their son suddenly a week ago. 26 years old, went to bed and just didn't wake up.

I can barely process my own sorrow at this let alone support my friends through it.

Their son was called Thomas, the same name as my own.

It is finished. Definitely tried my patience at the end, but overall it has been a very pleasant week building this. Plus I think it looks very pretty on my book shelf.

More progress.

NGL, assembling this was an absolute pig to do. I've had to re-glue so much.

Still got the roof and other side to get on, hopefully should have it finished by tomorrow.

The build is taking shape. I've done two sides of the room now.

Electrics are next, then the back panel and final assembly to go.

I've really enjoyed making it.

2025 has been a yr of me looking at my phone less. I've been doing tonnes of reading, jigsaws & am currently making a teeny tiny library diorama.

No phone has been transformational for my mental health NGL.

Had a very busy day today making my little mini library diorama thingy.

It's taken all day since about 10:30 to get to this point. 🙈

Thanks! I wanted it to have a reclaimed sort of look. Like the area has been abandoned by humans and the dinosaurs and nature have started to take over.

The Wetlands pack vibes are perfect for that. I took this shot from an area I'm playing around building in, which I really like.

Between this one and a medium nest I've made in a similar style I've now had over 100 downloads.

It's the first thing I've ever made.

Slightly different year end summary for me...

16th game completed is #Keeper. Really enjoyed this, but it got a bit too trippy towards the end and I started to feel motion sick.

Totally emotionally connected to a lamp mind.

My boy would be made up if he ran into Akinfenwa.

Got the new Jurassic Park builder game for my birthday...it's going well.

I'll see thee...not sure I'm coming back tbh.
