The concept of #community is not that of an echo chamber. It is not a group of people who agree on every topic or ideology. It is not a network to be leveraged for individual gain, or a weaponised word to amplify outrage.
Community means a unified body of people, with common interests & outcomes.
I’ve often said that the root of #design, based on its etymology is intention, as in the idiom ‘by design’. On that note, everything is by design, including political theatre. Every gesture, wardrobe choice, venue, photo op. These are intentional decisions designed to communicate values & purpose.
