Horrible! I visited a wolf sanctuary in Colorado this past summer. This is terrible to see.

wow! This is truly magnificent. Patagonia is definitely on my bucket list. I was in Chile in 2013, but focused more on the northern half.

This is why I love Patagonia! After a 3 am, 12 km hike to mount Cerro Torre, I was surrounded by drizzle & clouds. It was miserable. But just a few minutes later I was graced by the most beautiful light!

Sólheimajökull feels like a landscape caught between worlds — ice, ash, time, and silence.

The tiny group of hikers in the distance shows how immense this landscape truly is. Nature writes its story on a scale we can walk across, but never fully grasp.

I hold my 8 yo son to a higher standard of behavior than you expect from your own president. That’s strange to me.

This is the absurdity of our new world: there is a problem with the supply of pistachios now because of a viral tiktok video about a dessert which used them in the ingredients. I just found out about this now as I noticed I couldn't buy raw pistachios in the store this week at all.

Another of my favorite places… Smith Rock is one of Oregon’s Seven Wonders. This shot is from my visit there in Sept 2021. I’m hoping to get over there again this year!

I was there in 2016 and thought it was a spectacular place. Funny enough, when I lived in Oregon for two years, I never went there.
