Started reading this, really good so far, easy to read even though a technical topic and concepts
In Zendesk, each team had a display over their desk area and would have their team specific dashboards & metrics. SLIs/SLOs etc for engineers, sales team had quotas etc on display

Ideal would be to allow a deep link to another flow or an API to intercept the button press. We have a Zendesk flow and it our support team would rather us to use it over email. It allows us to capture extra data like Rev Cat User ID etc
@charliemchapman.com any plans to allow integrators of Rev Cat contact center to select their preferred support method? Want to avoid email in this case.
Having spent the last week digging in the depths of fastlane the amount of crazy high level blog posts that add zero value on topics like Github Actions + fastlane + running tests is kind of disappointing, I don't write much publicly unless I feel it advances something that isn't already out there.
