A working hack is a wonderful thing. But the vast majority of ADHDers do not need hacks. We need systems and strategies that are far more wide-ranging, tailored, and comprehensive than a kind of a βmanage ADHD with this one weird trickβ approach.

ADHD women, I am begging you:
πTake your vulnerabilities seriously.π
Not as "flaws" to be "fixed."
But as realities to be honored.
Really imo, this is a good approach to life for anyone!
ππΌββοΈ Me please! Coach for late-diagnosed women
Yes. I literally almost left this joint cuz you didnβt post much
I think about this all the time
YIKES
Hey BlueSky! ππ»
Iβm a ADHD coach for late-diagnosed women.
Fun fact about me: I wish the medical profession would devote a fraction of the time it spends worrying about medication diversion and self-diagnosis, to worrying about the incalculable human cost of undiagnosed/unmanaged ADHD in women.
